- Yes! They come equipped with an elastic band for a snug fit. They can be worn with or without glue.
What is 100% Raw hair?
- 100% Raw Hair is unprocessed hair collected from one donor. It has not undergone ANY chemical treatments or steam processing. It isn’t mixed with any synthetic hair fibers or animal hair unlike “Brazilian” or "Human hair" from China. This is the highest quality hair in the world as it is 100% natural & raw!

How do I Track my Order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking info directly via your contact info (email/phone number) to keep tabs on your items.
- Your order(s) will be shipped to the shipping address you filled while placing your order. Please Note: We are not responsible for lost packages due to errors in shipping address inputs. Shipments are made via A Post and tracking information will be sent to you via email/phone number, as soon as it’s shipped.
Do you offer refunds?
- We take health regulations seriously at HAIR WAREHOUSE, therefore, due to the nature of our products and World Health Organisation (WHO) regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchased. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best RAW/DONOR and VIRGIN Hair. Am I responsible for paying international order duties and taxes?
- Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Do you have any wigs that are ready to ship?
• YES! All the wigs on our social media pages and on our website, are READY TO WEAR, so, they'd be shipped immediately order/payment is confirmed.
- Your wig(s) can last for many years depending on the upkeep and usage of the wig(s). For our RAW/DONOR hair, it will last up to 10years or more, if well taken cared of, like you would, your natural hair. For our VIRGIN hairs, it should last up to 5years or more, if well cared for.
Can I wear these wigs if I am bald?
- Oh YES!! Our wigs are snug fit (they come with elastic bands), so, they will conform to your head. You do not have to have hair.
Can I sleep in my HAIR WAREHOUSE wig?
- Yes, you can!! Same as you would your natural hair, sleep with a satin scarf or bonnet to prolong the longevity of your unit.
- This helps with tangling & shedding. Make sure you throughly brush or comb out any tangles before wrapping your hair up at night. Always brush starting from the ends and work your way up to the roots.
How much do you charge to install?
- Unfortunately, we currently do not install. All our wigs come ready to wear. You can put it on straight out the package and go.
How do I prep my hair before wearing the wig?
It's best to have a flat base for the wig to lay correctly. Braid your natural hair in very fine flat cornrows. If your hair is straight, you can wrap and then use a wig cap to keep your natural hair in place. It's that simple.
- 100% Raw Hair is REAL human hair so that means it will cooperate the same as your natural hair would. It is 100% real, raw hair & it needs to be treated & maintained! Please have realistic expectations when purchasing 100% Raw Hair, especially if you are purchasing any curly textures or any textures that are more coarse! These textures are higher maintenance textures. If you your hair is not maintained or cared for properly, you will likely have a not so great experience & will be dissatisfied. 100% Raw Hair is NOT for everyone!! It is best to use products of high quality, free of drying alcohols and sulfates.

Can I send in hair for wigs to be made?
- No. We currently do not offer this service.
My package is lost or stolen, what should I do?
- In the event your package is lost or stolen, you are responsible for contacting the courier to file a claim. HAIR WAREHOUSE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it’s in the possession of the shipping courier. You must direct all communication to the shipping courier for any further help.
If you have added Route Package Protection insurance, which we highly recommend then your package is insured from loss, damage, or theft. You must file a claim with Route & if your claim is approved, they will issue you a replacement or a full refund.
